DOTD Program Director Office of the Secretary is seeking to employ a DOTD Program Director.
This is a professional level position reporting directly to the Deputy Secretary.
It serves as the director of the Compliance Programs Section overseeing the development, implementation, and administration of programs addressing numerous federal and state civil rights laws, regulations and administrative procedures.
Excellent organizational, managerial, and oral and written communication skills are required.
The starting annual salary is $63,606 to $94,390 depending on qualifications.
