We are currently adding an experienced Maintenance Technician to assist our team at our Canterbury Square apartment community on Transcontinental Drive in Metairie, LA. We are currently adding an experienced Maintenance Technician to assist our team at our Canterbury Square apartment community on Transcontinental Drive in Metairie, LA. The technician we are looking for will be highly skilled, will pay attention to detail and will embrace teamwork. Join our team and #BeThe1.
The individual joining our Team should have the following:
- Experience with repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances.
- Tools and reliable transportation.
- Provide our residents with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents move-ins
- Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets.
- Some Grounds duties may be required depending upon the needs of the property.
- $500 Sign on bonus
