Marketing Content Designer
We are a locally owned property management firm in the greater New Orleans area. We are adding a Marketing Content Designer to our team of creative and marketing professionals and to help with the strategic marketing of our portfolio of apartment communities.
Qualifications:
Marketing Content Designer’s Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating video and taking photography assets for all digital platforms
- Creative Management for all print collateral including brochures, signs and more
- Creative Management for all digital collateral including billboards, social media graphics and web ads
- Taking photographs for company functions, resident events, and social media photoshoots
- Editing and distributing property photos and floorplans on websites and within organization
- Production Management for print collateral by gathering quotes and distributing print materials
- Creating, managing, and updating social media pages and channels
- Preparing reports and audits on product utilization by properties and on ILS sites
- Researching and staying up to date on social media marketing trends
- Assisting with answering resident online reviews and social messages
- Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Marketing Supervisor
Requirements and Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as communications or media; or, the equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Office, and a strong knowledge Adobe Creative Cloud toolset
- Ability to work with social media channels to build content and strategy
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
