The CSR/Receptionist is the first impression that customers and other visitors have when they walk into or call The Company.  This person is responsible for creating a front office atmosphere that fosters a high level of service.  In addition, this person is a main point of contact for customers and potential customers.  The CSR/Receptionist also assists and backs up the Office Manager.

  • Accountable for Reception and Customer Service.
  • Handle initial contact with prospects and customers.
  • Answer and direct all phone traffic in a polite, courteous and cheerful manner.
  • Ensure that an appraisal tracking form is completed.
  • Maintain the front office and customer reception areas.
  • Screen business calls appropriately.
  • Accountable for scheduling customer dates.
  • Book appointments for estimates.
  • Update and maintain scheduler with Office Manager.
  • Schedule and record appraisal, reception and delivery appointments.
  • Update target delivery sheets.
  • Accountable for cashier duties.
  • Collect and record payment for completed jobs.
  • File all paperwork accurately.
  • Disburse nationwide warranty/CSI information to customers.
  • Disburse record and/or display customer reply cards upon receipt from The Company.
  • Responsible for Customer Service.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicles.
  • Refer customer complaints concerning completed repairs to appropriate staff.
  • Perform customer follow-up.
  • Experience providing customer service in a service or retail environment.
  • Functional / Technical Knowledge:
  • Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook) – BEGINNER
  • Business Math skills – BASIC

    • Work independently without close supervision.
    • Flexible / adaptable to constant change.
    • Strong tact and diplomacy; ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
    • Highly organized; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
    • Ability to prioritize, organize and plan work under own initiative.
    • Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
    • Front desk experience (preferably at a body shop or dealership)

Pay Range: $15 - $16 an hour

Willing to train right person

Hours: Monday - Friday 7a-5p
