The Diocese of B.R. Child Nutrition Program is seeking Full Time school Cafeteria Managers, Cooks, & Porters for the EBR, WBR, Tangi, Asc., Iberville, & Pointe Coupee areas for Fall 2022. HS Diploma or Equivalent required. Backgound Check required.
The Diocese of Baton Rouge Child Nutrition Program offers you a chance to become a team member in school nutrition. You can be trained for a variety of job duties, such as preparing and serving food, operating a computer at meal service or becoming a café manager. We follow the Louisiana Department of Education’s Child Nutrition Program. This program is funded through the development of a comprehensive training program for school café workers.
DIVERSITY OF DUTIES: Duties require cross-training in kitchen equipment, food preparation, safety and health standards, office skills, cost analysis, inventory, supervisory skills, and personnel issues. Duties extend within assigned area.
