Staffing Coordinator / HR Assistant
Doyle Land Services, Inc. seeks a qualified professional to provide a combination of human resources, meeting, researching, and staffing services. Primary responsibilities include maintaining staffing operations across the board, corresponding with agents, reviewing resumes, maintaining the staffing database, obtaining daily staff requests and filling them efficiently, researching new potential hires, assisting with interviews and orientations, and supporting other human resources functions throughout the company (i.e. onboarding, benefits, etc.).
Applicants should have a command of personnel administration, skill in the use of personal computers and software applications, ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and be adept at analyzing and interpreting policy and data.
