Process Improvement Manager

Bachelor's degree required.  Black Belt certification required, external certification from an approved training program preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred. Experience in efficiency driven field, with thorough knowledge of process improvement, team process, and outcomes management.  Efficient, effective facilitation and negotiation skills required.  This includes the ability to lead team members and/or staff to achieve pre-determined goals.  Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work autonomously; functions as an educator, researcher, consultant, and leader.  Knowledge and demonstrated skill in working with computer software programs that include, but are not limited to Tableau, SPSS, Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (BB) role is specifically designed to facilitate significant quality, process and performance improvement activities, using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.  The Black Belt will lead and support process improvement projects that drive breakthrough improvement in customer satisfaction, process efficiency, quality, and more.  Additional duties include creation of a formal Lean Six Sigma education system at EJGH, which will consist of coaching and mentoring staff members in Lean Six Sigma methodology.  Following completion of the rigorous training program, serve as an expert resource to the organization on Six Sigma philosophy, theory, and application of tools and tactics.  Supports EJGH's mission, vision and culture in realizing the organization's strategic plan.
