RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have current Louisiana license. Current American Heart BLS and NPR card required.Provides for the delivery of care of the patient through the utilization of the nursing process maintaining competency ia age-specific criteria. Directs and guides patient/family teaching. Directs and guides ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Nurse practices within the legal scope of practice as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. Previous experience in NICU highly preferred.
