Chinese Specialty Food Chef
TITLE: Chinese Specialty Food Chef, (One position opening)
DUTIES: Cook lunch and dinner of Hunan schools of Chinese cuisine including appetizers, soup, dessert and main courses for individual orders according to the menu. Plan and price menu items, orders supplies, and keep records and accounts. Supervises and participate in cooking and baking and the preparation of foods.
REQUIREMENTS: Two Years of Work Experience in the Job Offered or as an Assistant Chinese Specialty Food cook.
HOURS: 40 hours/week 11:00 a.m -9:00 p.m. (with break from 2:00 – 4:00 break)
