Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst, IBM Corporation, Baton Rouge, LA (Up to 10% telecommuting permitted): Serve as subject matter expert for gathering business requirements, configure, implement, test, and deploy and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Leverage understanding of capabilities offered in Oracle HCM Cloud. Leverage understanding of modern cloud computing concepts, interfaces (Rest/API concepts), data analytics and reporting. Leverage understanding of the client’s human resource requirements across all business lines and Human Resource functions. Engage in Employee Master Data, Organizational and reporting structures to meet business needs. Support business functional needs related to recruiting and on-boarding employees, payroll operations, compensation, employee benefit administration, Talent Management, Learning and Knowledge Management, absence management and succession planning. Conceptualize and configure business process flows as they relate to these human resource operations. Design and supports business processes in the Oracle Cloud environment. Designs and test Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Provide functional specialization to help troubleshoot production issues and testing enhancements within Oracle HCM Cloud Modules. Provide timely resolution and communication of tickets in the production support queue during Hypercare. Determine the root cause of incidents and make recommendations for prevention in the future. Communicate with the client and project manager in an organized and knowledgeable manner. Utilize: HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll Batch Loader(PBL), Spread Sheet Data Loader, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Cloud HCM Modules: Core HR, Absence Management Modules, Payroll and Benefits Management Modules, Oracle Cloud HCM Security.

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related and two (2) years of experience as Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Developer or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll Batch Loader(PBL), Spread Sheet Data Loader, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Cloud HCM Modules: Core HR, Absence Management Modules, Payroll and Benefits Management Modules, Oracle Cloud HCM Security.
