Payroll & Benefits Coordinator
Currently seeking candidates for Payroll and Benefits Coordinator position. This is a full, time, long term position in Baton Rouge, LA.
Qualified candidates will have 10+ years' experience processing employee payroll and benefits administration, accompanied by above-average computer and organizational skills. Candidates should also have great attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Job Duties will include the following:
- Bi-weekly Payroll Input & Reconciliation
- Manhour Billing / Receivables
- Timekeeping in TRACK system
- Benefits Administration
- Open Enrolment
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
Computer experience should include proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Peachtree.
