QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, also must have a valid Louisiana driver license. Must be 18 years of age. They must be physically fit, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good writing skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Safety Patrol are responsible for ensuring the safety of a designated area or community. They patrol the area on foot, bicycle, or in a vehicle to identify potential safety hazards, suspicious activities, and criminal activity. They also respond to emergency situations, such as accidents, fires, and medical emergencies and provide assistance as needed. Safety Patrol works closely with local law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, community organizations to maintain order, prevent crime, and promote safety. They may also participate in community outreach programs to educate the public on crime prevention and safety measures.

This is a no firearm employment. Security experience is good but not necessary.
