Attorney-Associate

Insurance defense firm in Metairie, Louisiana, seeks associate attorney to handle and/or assistance on primarily state court workers’ compensation cases, with some personal injury defense as well. Preferred candidates would have experience with all aspects of file assessment and litigation, including discovery and fact, expert and doctor depositions, along with strong analytical skills. Firm handles all aspects of workers compensation claims, including defense of litigated claims, Second Injury Fund and subrogation. However, attorneys will less experience will be considered as well. Attorneys must be admitted to practice in Louisiana, or awaiting pending bar results, and if members of the bar, preferably admitted to federal courts as well.
