Real Estate Preclosing and Closing Secretary 

Full-Time

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate and schedule closing appointments with all parties involved.
  • Communicate with clients, realtors, lenders, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Handle escrow accounts, disbursements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to the closing team, including file management and data entry.
  • Assist with resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.
  • Ensure all closing activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, title, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate closing procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in word processing and title software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
