Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule closing appointments with all parties involved.
- Communicate with clients, realtors, lenders, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Handle escrow accounts, disbursements, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to the closing team, including file management and data entry.
- Assist with resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.
- Ensure all closing activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, title, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate closing procedures and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in word processing and title software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
