IT CLIENT SUPPORT ANALYST, SENIOR
LSU Health New Orleans School of Allied Health Professions is seeking to fill our IT Client Support Sr. position with eager, motivated individuals who have provided great IT service as a top priority. This position will be a part of the School of Allied Health Professions Client Support Team.
This technical position is a member of the School of Allied Health Professions Information Technology staff who will provide end-user technical support for the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Allied Health, located at the Human Development Center (HDC) building and the School of Allied Health Building in New Orleans to support and enhance all educational activities. This individual will work under general supervision and will have a high level of end user interaction. The incumbent will work in coordination with the Department of Information Technology to adhere to IT policies, standards, and procedures. This position takes technical direction from a higher-level analyst or an IT Project Coordinator.
Required Education: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a minimum of five years of experience.
