DIG MEDIA/PRODUCTION SPEC - MARKETING
Status: Full Time
Shift: M-F, 8-5, as needed
Responsible for working cooperatively with business development team and health system stakeholders to maintain creative brand standards across all platforms in support of the mission and goals of North Oaks Health System.
1. Two to three years of digital media experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree in related discipline such as computer science, information technology, multimedia or graphics design preferred. Excellent people and communication skills a must. Ability to work collaborative with staff and clinicians.2. Manual or Physical Skill Required:Keyboarding and excellent telephone skills.Must have current, valid U.S. driver’s license.3. 1. Assists in the development and implementation of innovative creative strategies to support business development initiatives for digital media (including website and social media).2. Collaborates with supervisor and department management team to establish and maintain production standards for digital media. Works with vendors as necessary to implement standards. Designs online formats for existing hospital information to be published via digital media.3. Works with creative manager to develop digital pieces, including but not limited to graphics; photography; and filming, and editing video and audio.4. Provides or coordinates photography services and edits as necessary.5. Conceptualizes, records and edits video footage and accomplishes the technical tasks necessary for production and post-production.6. Assists creative manager with evaluating, managing and budgeting for freelance projects.7. Keeps up with current and evolving trends in health care marketing and makes recommendations for inclusion in North Oaks’ business development strategy.8. Assists in the development and maintenance of the hospital’s intranet homepage to support internal brand management and to ensure effective use.9. Works with human resources, education and physician services to provide information and training on digital media to maintain brand standards.10. Work with creative manager to assess and maintain equipment/technology used by creative team and make recommendations as necessary.11. Manages multiple projects effectively and accurately while adhering to established deadlines.12. Maintains professional expertise through involvement in professional organizations and continuing education programs.13. Perform all other duties as required or directed.14. Adhere to established hospital and departmental policies and procedures.15. Follows North Oaks Health System’s Compliance Programs and all Federal and State Regulatory guidelines.16. May be required to occasionally drive as part of job duties.
