Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tree Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tree pruning and removal, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tree care tasks, ensuring high-quality results on every job.

Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently climb trees to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks. Operate and maintain tree care equipment, including chainsaws, ropes, and harnesses. Assess tree health and provide recommendations for maintenance or removal. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional service. Transport and dispose of tree debris as required. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to standard.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Tree Climber with expertise in pruning and removal. Proficiency in using climbing gear and tree care equipment. Strong knowledge of tree health, pruning techniques, and safe removal practices. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation to and from job sites is a plus. Certification in tree care (e.g., ISA Certified Arborist) is preferred but not required.
