Assistant Director of Student Accessibility Services Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of Student Accessibility Services invites applications for the position of Assistant Director. This office facilitates the process of academic accommodations for students with disabilities and works in collaboration with other University departments in an attempt to ensure full participation in all activities, programs, and services of the University. This position provides support to the Director in providing services to students requiring accommodations.


Master’s degree in higher education administration, counseling, student affairs, or a related field by hire date. Previous experience working with students with disabilities or in a counseling, advising, or student services related field.


Master's degree from an accredited university in counseling.


Professional presentation experience. Experience effectively communicating and collaborating with other departments and campus leaders. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and evolving. The ability to handle a variety of tasks, prioritize, and problem solve. Strong customer service skills. Proven track record of working well with a team and promoting a positive workplace.
