Our client, an established and highly respected firm, seeks to immediately find an HR / Office Manager for their Metairieoffice. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team-player with prior law firm experience and who fits the firm's collegial culture. The duties and responsibilities for this position include:
- Daily interactions with the Directorand law firm partners regarding a variety of issues that include all aspects of office management
- Prior facilities management / office buildoutexperience
- Responsibility for recruiting non-attorney positions as well as a variety of other tasks and projects
- Maintain personnel records
- Benefits familiarity
- Make recommendations on purchasing of office equipment
- Interacting with Vendors
- Human Resource / Office Management experience in a law firm overseeingmultipleemployees
- A bachelor's degree
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to be masterful in championing goals
