This is a full time position in the School of Medicine, Department of Surgery at Tulane University. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide pre-award and post-award financial management support to Surgery’s research program. Responsibilities include: developing budgets for grant submissions and clinical trials; serving as the departmental contact for research proposal and clinical trial submissions; invoicing and collecting sponsor fees for work performed on clinical trials; monthly analysis and interpretation of clinical trial accounting data and monthly reconciling and reporting of research accounts.
