The Freeman Assistant Director for Online Operations will be a key asset in the development and deployment of the technological infrastructure supporting online programs at the A.B. Freeman School of Business. The successful candidate will establish efficient and effective enrollment-related digital operations by bringing proven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and IT project management methodologies to all technological systems, infrastructures and workflows supporting online program initiatives. A collaborator and innovator—this individual will work with various constituents to continuously evolve A.B. Freeman’s digital framework to support its cultivation of high-impact online program offerings.
