The Assistant Director will work to support the holistic success of men of color at Tulane University. Reporting to the Director for Multicultural Affairs, they will support the ongoing work of the office of Multicultural Affairs to cultivate support, connection, and growth to retain current students and alumni of color through, community engagement, decolonized leadership development, advocacy, cultural identity development and social justice educational opportunities. The Assistant Director will primarily be responsible for collaborating with campus partners to build a comprehensive experience, including programs, services, and other initiatives focused on retaining Black, Indigenous, and other students of color who identity as men or masculine.
