The Assistant Director for Academic Initiatives, Curriculum, and Assessment provides leadership and management for the Residential Learning Communities, develops and promotes academic initiatives within the residence halls, strengthens and implements the residential curriculum, and leads assessment efforts for the Department of Housing and Residence Life.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Residence Life, this position engages in critical analysis of student and program needs to resolve substantial issues which may span multiple areas, using advanced technical and professional knowledge.
