Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Programs

The Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Programs works to facilitate the development, coordination, and administration of departmental programs and services that support current and prospective fraternity and sorority chapter members. Primary duties will include managing operations for the department’s programs focusing on potential new member education; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and assessment, while sharing responsibility for leadership development programming with the department’s other assistant director. The incumbent serves as the primary advisor to the Panhellenic Council and to a portfolio of chapters across four governing councils. The position requires considerable evening and weekend commitments.
