The Associate Director (AD) will be in charge of operations, finances, and communications for the National Center for Education Access and Choice (REACH), which is also the umbrella organization for the Education Research Alliance for New Orleans. The AD will be responsible for day-to-day management; building a strong and supportive organizational culture; coordinating activities with the director and associate director(s); facilitating strategic planning; ensuring wise use of financial resources; managing and forecasting budgets; supervising support staff; and assisting the director in all aspects of organizational operations. The Associate Director will ensure that projects meet key deadlines and that the organization functions efficiently. While less central than the above roles, the AD will be involved in all organizational communications.
