Tulane Center for Bioinformatics Core is seeking a Bioinformatics Analyst with background in bioinformatics. Tasks include management, analysis, interpretation of next-generation sequencing data, and documentation of the results to help investigators publish their research results. The analyst will provide appropriate bioinformatics and statistics support for investigators who are seeking answers to biologically important questions. The analyst will also build, organize, and maintain up-to-date databases on bioinformatics. The Core is equipped with state-of-the-art high-throughput sequencing instruments.
