Biostatistician, MH-DPP

The Biostatistician manages clinical trial and longitudinal study data for NIH funded and other projects in the Department of Epidemiology. This role will involve leading data management and analysis during the planning, recruitment, data collection, analysis, and dissemination phases of a large cluster randomized trial. This position is responsible for the creation, updating, maintenance, quality control and filtering, validation, security, and analyses of the clinical trial database and other research projects databases; along with provision of regular computerized reports, tables, and figures. This position develops databases for clinical trials, leads quality control efforts of data collected in the trial, prepares and presents tables and figures for regular group meetings, assists in preparing Data and Safety Monitoring Board reports, and develops data analysis protocols and documentation and assists with faculty analytic projects with a variety of other study related tasks in compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory agencies guidelines.
