The Budget & Administrative Coordinator II at Partners for Advancing Health Equity Collaborative (P4HE) provides advanced level administrative and assistance in support of the grant project’s mission. Under the supervision of the Administrative Director, the Coordinator assists with supporting the improvement of efficiency in administrative and programmatic operations. The position serves as a liaison among different levels of staff members, contractors and project collaborators, and graduate assistants.
Administrative Support includes but not limited to calendar coordination/scheduling of meetings; effective note taking; travel arrangement preparation; meeting preparation; budget tracking/processing of financial transactions and record keeping; data entry; drafting of correspondence and communications, agendas, and documents; supply ordering; filing and organizing of electronic files.
Programmatic Support: Event coordination and management; organizing and distribution of materials for processing and posting; honoraria processing.
