The primary responsibility of the Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) for Community Engagement is to conduct and support all aspects of community-engaged research for the Louisiana Community-Engagement Research Alliance (LA-CEAL). This position recruits study participants, collects data and monitors data quality, works closely with investigators to track study progress and fidelity to research protocols, coordinates and delivers fieldwork training for community partners, and oversees fieldwork operations and data collection by community partners. The CRC is responsible for supporting community-engaged research and building the capacity of community partners to conduct research focused on minimizing health disparities and optimizing health and wellness for all community members.
