The Director of Development, Individual Giving, for Newcomb Institute is a professional fund-raising position reporting to the Executive Director of Newcomb Institute. The position will lead individual fundraising and annual giving initiatives to support the institute, focusing on individual planned giving solicitations, and working with the executive director to cultivate support from key donors and volunteers. The Director will develop new initiatives, execute successful campaigns related to existing initiatives (including Give Green), identify donors at all levels, and recruit and manage volunteer leaders. This position will collaborate closely with the Advancement team, particularly with the Executive Director of Annual and Leadership Giving, to raise unrestricted funds through mail, email, phone and social media channels. This position supervises one full-time Program Manager for Newcomb Alumnae Relations, and in that capacity will provide strategic guidance to the Newcomb Alumnae Association. This position will be part of the Newcomb Institute team, with close ties to Advancement.
