Performs acquisition of flow cytometry samples and performs live cell sorting in the Flow Core Laboratory at TNPRC. Independently operates, maintains and troubleshoots Becton-Dickinson and Miltenyi Flow Cytometers, specifically the FACSymphony, LSRFortessa X-20, the LSRII, MACSQuant 16, the FACSCalibur, the MACS Quant Tyto, and the FACSMelody. Operation of cell sorters in the BSL3. Stains samples for absolute count determinations. Maintains records of flow cytometry experiments performed, maintains archive of all raw data files, and distributes results to primary investigators via the LAN along with relevant technical notes and/or acquisition plots.
