The Medical Research Technician for the Department of Surgery assists with performing animal surgeries, as well as to help identify the mechanisms of tumor progression and metastasis, and therapy resistance in thyroid cancer using animal model and molecular biological methods. The Medical Research Technician provides assistance to the Principal Investigator with assays, data collection, and various other related duties, as assigned. The Medical Research Technician assists in organizing clinical notes to supervising physician.
