This position is for a Medical Research Technician will require a strong understanding of molecular biology techniques (with a preference for established expertise in nucleic acid purification, qPCR, western blot analysis) and experience with human cell culture. Additional experience with single cell and single nuclear preparations as well as immunocytochemistry are beneficial but not required. Cell culture and biochemical assays will be a regular task in this position. More importantly, the ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn new techniques.
