As Project Coordinator, your purpose is to coordinate and manage the execution of a grant-funded project plan focused on healthcare workforce retention and wellbeing. In collaboration with the project’s Director, you’ll support to development and creation of the project plan. The project plan will include community outreach and engagement efforts (community events, focus groups, training sessions, etc.), stakeholder engagement, information/data collection, educational events, and in-field community work. Based on the project plan, you’ll assist with the development of project materials, collaborate with project stakeholders, and ensure project completion is on-time, within budget, and in compliance with funding agency reporting requirements.

Position duties involve the day-to-day management & coordination of the project, ensuring all stakeholders have the resources/information they need to meet the objectives and deadlines set by the project’s Director and Stakeholder Advisory Committee. This particular project requires a Project Coordinator able and willing to help with the collaboration efforts between multiple organization project teams. As a project coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with project members (individuals and organizations) to ensure they're aware of any new developments in a project's status including but not limited to organizing meeting times and locations, updating the project schedule, designing and maintaining internal team infrastructure, and ensuring that all necessary parties are aware of project deadlines.
