Responsible for application configuration and management, including software installations, system monitoring, error resolution, and maintaining, and ensuring operational stability of the Office of Academic Affairs & Provost software suite as well as ensuring successful integration with other systems such as the University’s Human Resource software. Responsible for development and training on the suite. Works closely with Associate Provosts, Chief of Staff, Department Administrator, and school level faculty hiring managers to build, manage and improve end-users’ experiences with the suite. Meets and collaborates with stakeholders, Human Resources and Institutional Equity, Information Technology and software representatives to this end.
