The Sr Administrative Program Coordinator serves as the Registrar's liaison to advisors and deans in certifying students for graduation. This position is also responsible for processing degree applications for graduation applicants, for the printing and proofing of diplomas, distribution of diplomas, commencement inventory, and ordering of all commencement related supplies. Additional duties include processing official transcripts, enrollment certifications, monitoring the automated transcript system, processing National Student Clearinghouse files, and responding to inquiries regarding the processing of the aforementioned. Finally, this position is responsible for processing multiple forms of student registration and responding to various constituencies regarding student enrollment, performs routine clerical duties to support department operations, and maintains records and reports.
