The Senior Program Manager for Academic Enrichment Events holds primary responsibility for a portfolio of major events hosted annually by the Newcomb-Tulane College Office of Academic Enrichment. The Senior Program Manager plans and executes all tasks related to the NTC Senior Awards Ceremony, the Honors Thesis Forum, Academic Enrichment Week, Peery Society selection, and Latin honors coordination including distribution of cords to all five undergraduate schools. This position provides significant support to other major OAE events, including the College Scholars retreat, Sophomore September, and Sophomore Week. As a member of the OAE team, the Senior Program Manager manages administrative, clerical, and other duties in support of all the programs offered by the office. This position has primary financial responsibility for all programs within their portfolio. Other duties will include representing Newcomb-Tulane College at meetings, on committees, and other University/ student events to both internal and external constituencies, and engaging in professional development opportunities. The Senior Program Manager conducts evaluation and assessment of Office of Academic Enrichment programming. This position performs other duties as assigned by Academic Enrichment or Newcomb-Tulane College.
