Provides education as well as plans, coordinates and implements nutrition care plan for patients. Collaborates with agencies, hospital and medical staff, and program participants in support of program goals and operations for marketing efforts and coordinates with marketing representatives. Assists with data collection for evaluation and planning. Facilitates group education for patients and their families. Coordinates education seminars with patients, manages education program schedules, organizes and staffs events as well as educates medical students and residents. Serves as a resource and leader for other dieticians and program personnel.
