Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Possess a valid Driver's License: The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license to effectively carry out responsibilities that involve driving a maintenance truck and operating various equipment. Maintain Streets and Sidewalks: Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of streets and sidewalks within the village, contributing to a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Willing to be On-Call: Be available for on-call duties to promptly address any maintenance emergencies that may arise outside regular working hours.
Read Water Meters: Accurately read and record water meters to maintain precise utility records.
Repair Water Leaks: Demonstrate proficiency in identifying and repairing water leaks promptly to prevent disruptions to the water supply.
Certified Water/Wastewater or Willing to Obtain Certification: Candidates should either possess certification in water/wastewater management or be willing to attend and pass relevant classes to acquire certification.
Skills and Requirements: Ability to operate maintenance equipment such as a tractor, track hoe, riding mower, and weed eater. Physical capability to lift, bend, and dig as needed for various maintenance tasks.
Work Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Benefits: Paid Sick Time, Vacation, and Holidays.
