If you like being hands-on and performing a variety of human resources generalist functions, this is the role for you! 

WBRZ-TV, a locally owned ABC affiliate, is seeking a Director of Human Resources.  The Director is responsible for employee relations, management advising, recruiting, and administration of company policies / employee benefits.  This role serves as a link between management and employees to address questions, interpret and administer policies and help resolve work related challenges.  Other duties include new hire orientation, facilitating the internship program, and preparing all required FCC/state/federal HR reporting.  Candidates must be knowledgeable of state and federal labor laws.  

A bachelors' degree in human resources or a related field is preferred and/or at least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in human resources.  The ideal candidate must have excellent people, communication, and organizational skills.  Email resume to hr@wbrz.com  or mail to HR Director, P.O.
