We are seeking an inside sales representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
• Promote company, products and services to new and existing customers in assigned region.
• Prospect and connect with potential B2B customers via telephone, email, webinars and tradeshows
• To meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets
• Help with customer inquiries and work to resolve support issues
• Set follow-up calls and work closely as a team with the outside Regional Sales Managers
• Collaborate with Marketing for ideas in creating relevant and timely sales material to present in emails and online to customers and for use by the outside sales team.
• Update and maintain CRM to assure accurate sales activity reporting and accurate customer information
• Participate in and contribute during our weekly sales meetings
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Take charge, self-starter that can work in a team enviornment or along with little or no supervision and that loves a challenge to exceed expectations
• Previous experience with inside sales, customer service or other related fields
• Knowledge of parking industry, security/access control and or RFID sales a PLUS!
• Familiar with CRM platforms
• Good phone voice and ettiquette with a skilled and professional presence
• Ability to establish immediate rapport with clients on the phone or in person
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Sense of humor greatly appreciated
